Sessions will make you feel seen, educated, and empowered to work with your hormones, not against them.

Package length: 3 months
Bi-weekly 1 hour coaching sessions via Zoom.
Email or Whatsapp (including voice note) support between sessions.
Written notes/recordings of sessions upon request

Pricing: £750 for 3 months. Payment plans available.
