Through my own PMDD relief framework developed through my training and lived experience, we will create a sustainable protocol for long-term premenstrual symptom remission.

PMDD is complex, and treatment needs to take into account a 360° approach covering mind-body, any deficiencies or excesses, the menstrual cycle and your lifestyle, as well as the hormones part. Most PMDD treatment plans neglect this, focusing purely on symptom relief and not healing at the root. Our sessions will make you feel seen, educated, and empowered.


Co-regulation is also vital in PMDD healing - when you are overwhelmed it is hard to self-regulate - Rebecca will become your support partner throughout the process.

This isn’t a quick fix — it’s an investment in long-term balance, self-understanding, and peace with your body. Investing in your own health is the greatest act of self-care as a woman, giving you the gift of inner-knowing that will support you through all of life’s challenges.

Coaching package details:

  • Length: 4 months

  • 1 x initial consultation - symptom deep dive, lifestyle audit, Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis testing (optional)

  • 4 x follow up consultations - here we will review progress, flex your plan and add additional support where needed

  • Unlimited Email or Whatsapp access for support between sessions*

  • Written notes/recordings of sessions upon request

  • Any relevant digital resources including guides on nutrition, emotional regulation, sleep and much more

  • Interpretation of lab testing results

  • All sessions are held online via zoom

*responses will be in office hours only (9-5 monday - friday)

What to expect from your plan

  • A chance to talk in out with somebody who understands what you are going through

What does it cost?

Your one-to-one package is a total investment of £750.

This is to be paid in full or via a payment plan. You can spread the cost over 3 x payments of £250 using Klarna.

All programmes are paid via Stripe, accepting all major cards.

My fees reflect my expertise in this field, and the access that you get to me during our time working together. The investment includes all of our time together, and any time spent interpreting your test results, speaking with the lab and building your plans. If you opt for a payment plan, please note this is not a “pay as you go” scheme - the investment is one cost as the majority of the work is weighted at the start of the programme.

What happens after the one to one package?

Following the one-to-one package, if you wish to continue with support - additional sessions and reviews are priced at £175 per session, or £300 for two sessions
