PMDD is complex, and treatment needs to take into account the nervous system, inflammation and the menstrual cycle and lifestyle, as well as the hormones. Most treatment plans neglect this, focusing purely on symptom relief and not healing at the root. Sessions will make you feel seen, educated, and empowered to work with your hormones, not against them.
Co-regulation is also vital in PMDD healing - when you are overwhelmed it is hard to self-regulate - Rebecca will become your support and accountability partner throughout the process.
This isn’t a quick fix — it’s an investment in long-term balance, self-understanding, and peace with your body. Investing in menstrual cycle coaching is the greatest act of self-care as a woman, giving you the gift of inner-knowing that will support you through all of life’s challenges.

Coaching package details:
Package length: 3 months
Bi-weekly 1 hour coaching sessions via Zoom.
Email or Whatsapp (including voice note) support between sessions.
Written notes/recordings of sessions upon request
Access to relevant resources
Pricing: £750 for 3 months. Payment plans available.
